Why did the police officer decide to hull teargas at young primary children from Langata primary. Most of whom come from the nearby sprawling kibera slums and most of which are from

 

the Luo community that is associated to opposition leader and ODM leader Raila Odinga. could this have been the reason the teargas was thrown to the innocent kids because they are associated with the opposition leadaer Raila Odinga
